Ground-up design for new custom homes — from siting and massing to the floor plan, the elevations, and the way daylight moves through the house. We work in whatever language the home wants to speak, be it a modern farmhouse, a shingle-and-stone lake house, or a traditional brick residence, and shape every decision around how you will actually use the rooms.
02 — Additions
Large-Format Additions
Additions that give you the room you need while keeping the house in proportion — second stories, primary-suite wings, sunrooms, and connected carriage houses and garages. The goal is an addition that reads as though it was always part of the original home, inside and out.
03 — Renovations
Renovations of That One Special Room
Whole-home and single-room renovations — kitchens, primary suites, baths, and the gathering spaces at the heart of the house. We open up dated layouts, bring in light and flow, and detail the new work so it sits naturally with the character of the existing home.
04 — Interiors
Interiors & Custom Detail
Interior architecture and finish detail — cabinetry, millwork, fireplaces, and stair and trim design — and, when a room calls for it, custom furniture and built-ins drawn for the space. It is what makes the inside of the home feel as considered as the architecture around it.
